Tagging files in your DAM

The dirty little secret of most DAMs is that they don't do a very good job tagging your files. They expect you to tag your files with some other application and then upload them. In this 9-minute video, I outline some of the issues with this arrangement. I also outline specific capabilities that you should look for when choosing a DAM.
