    Can one contract cover several departments?

    Yes, one contract can cover multiple accounts, each on the plan that fits its own needs and budget. Billing and contracting can be combined or kept separate.

    Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we offer pre-payment discounts (annual 10%, biennial 15%, and triennial 20%) on every plan, and a separate 5% discount for non-profits and educational institutions.

    Is there a limit on users or file uploads?

    No. There are no limits on user seats, file uploads or file sizes on any plan, as long as they fit within your storage tier.

    What happens if I leave?

    Everything is exportable through our open REST API, including metadata.

    Do you offer a migration service?

    Yes, we offer migration assistance at every level, including full API migration from PhotoShelter, Canto, Bynder, MediaValet, and other providers.
