1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how The DAM Software Company, Inc. ("Mediagraph," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.mediagraph.io and our services (the "Sites" and "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
When our customers use our Services, we process cookie‑derived information related to Customer Content only as a processor or service provider, and only on documented instructions from the customer. Cookies and similar technologies described below apply only to our Sites and do not interact with or process Customer Content stored in Mediagraph libraries.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site recognize your device, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the site.
We also use technologies that work like cookies:
- Local storage — a browser feature that stores information on your device, which we use to remember interface preferences such as your current sort order on a data table.
- Pixel tags, also called web beacons — small invisible image files used mainly in email to tell us whether a message was opened and which links were clicked.
In this policy, we use "cookies" to cover all of these.
3. The categories we use
We group cookies into three categories.
3.1. Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Sites and Services to work. They authenticate you, keep you signed in, protect your session against security threats, grant temporary access to specific lightboxes, shares, collections, and external uploads, and record your cookie preferences so we do not have to ask you again on every page. They cannot be switched off, and we set them without asking for consent because the Services cannot be delivered without them.
3.2. Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors find and use our Sites, including which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they encounter problems, so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics and PostHog for this. Analytics cookies are not used to identify you personally to third parties and are not used for advertising.
3.3. Customer relationship management
We use Nutshell, our customer relationship management system, to connect a website visit with an inquiry you submit to us, so that our team can respond in context. We label this category "Sales & CRM" in our cookie preferences panel because it supports our sales and customer relationship management operations. It is not advertising, and it is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising. These cookies do not track users across third‑party websites and are used solely to support our customer relationship management operations. The Nutshell cookie allows Nutshell to connect user data with third-party data to identify your IP address, name, email, company, title, LinkedIn information, internet service provider, or other information. These cookies relate only to our Sites and do not process or access Customer Content.
3.4. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not allow third parties to collect information through our Sites for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information.

4.1. Third-party embedded content
Our Sites embed certain third-party content, including a Calendly scheduling window and Vimeo video player. Calendly sets its own cookies inside that window, which we do not control and cannot read. Vimeo players are blocked unless you accept Analytics cookies or load a video. Embedded content operates only within our public‑facing Sites and does not access or interact with Customer Content.
5. Managing your choices
For users in jurisdictions that require disclosure of tracking technologies (including Mexico, Quebec, and South Africa), this section serves as our notice of how to disable cookies and similar technologies.
5.1. On our Sites
When you first visit, a banner offers you Accept All, Reject All, and Preferences. Choosing “Reject All” will reject all cookies that are not strictly necessary. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, and no analytics or CRM cookies load until you choose to allow them.
To change or withdraw your choice at any time afterward, select Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. Turning a category off prevents those cookies from being set going forward; however, previously placed third‑party cookies cannot be removed by our site and may need to be deleted in your browser settings.
5.2. In your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in, and parts of the Services will not work. Browser controls are specific to each browser and device, so you will need to repeat the change everywhere you browse.
5.3. Google Analytics opt-out
